WS 3911 G is a synthetic corrosion inhibiting and bath preserving additive specifically formulated for use on underwater plasma cutting tables as an anti-corrosion fluid. The heat of the cutting process and the added moisture in a water table accelerate corrosion, causing freshly cut parts to rust. Adding WS 3911 G to the table is the simplest and most economical way to prevent rust on cut parts, surplus plates and the table itself. Application: WS 3911 G should be added to the water at a dosage of 3%. Example: Table with 400 litres of water, add 12 litres of additive. Add it in the most turbulent area of the bath, if there is no turbulence, it should be spread evenly over the entire surface of the bath.
