Product info
NDT sprays are used to detect cracks and pores in welds. The process consists of 6 stages. A cleaner, penetrant and developer are required for inspection.
1. Clean the part with a brush and use a cleaner. After that, wipe the part dry.
2. Spray the penetrant and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Clean the surface of the penetrant with a cloth.
4. Dampen the cloth with a cleaner and clean the part in one direction!
5. Shake and spray developer, leave to stand for 10 minutes.
6. Remove the developer using a cleaner.
