The COMPACT press jaw with contour U and a nominal diameter of 40 mm is ideally suited for system-compliant pressing of fittings for plastic pipe systems. Extended service life and precise pressing are achieved through the special, partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the pressing contour and doubles the number of pressing cycles compared to the previous model. Optimized corrosion protection ensures the quality of the press jaw throughout its entire service life. The integrated 3-bolt synchronous mechanism makes opening the press jaw effortless in daily use (one-finger operation). Thanks to the use of high-strength special steel, ROTHENBERGER press jaws are suitable for all pressing machines with a thrust force of 19 kN.
